Section 32
Meeting and decision of monitoring committee
: (1) The meeting of monitoring committee will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the monitoring committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the monitoring committee are present, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the monitoring committee has been reached.
(4) In the meeting of the monitoring committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and if there is a tie, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) The chairman may invite any expert related to the direct sale or distribution of goods to the meeting of the monitoring committee. (6) The decision of the monitoring committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the monitoring committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(8) The chairman and members of the monitoring committee will receive the specified meeting allowance for participating in the meeting of the committee.
